  : The location is great, nearby the main station. Staff is friendly. Great city view.
  : We got a fairly small room with queen sized bed. I can't even open my luggage flat on the floor. There's no air-cond in the room. It's not so stuffy if we open the window. You can request a fan but if it's in the summer, I would advise you to think twice because a fan can do no good in the hot summer. The hot water is also very weird. I can't say that it is broken, but it only heated up in certain hours. The shower hose in our room is broken. Since this hotel is in the middle of the city, it is quite noisy at night. Our room doesn't comes with breakfast but during check-in, the staff told us to come down for breakfast. So, I thought it is complimentary. I have past experience where the hotel provide free breakfast as complimentary to guest even though it's not stated during booking. But during our check-out, another staff told us that we need to pay for the breakfast. I told him about the situation and tried to negotiate but at the end of the day, we still need to pay for the breakfast. It's not so much about money. If the previous staff didn't ask me to come for breakfast, I would have gone to my favorite breakfast spot which offers more choices. I would not say that the hotel breakfast is bad, but there's only bread, cereals, egg, fruit juice and coffee + tea. This is not a very good experience for me.

  : The bed was comfortable, but its a cool place to stay. I can visit again.
  : cleaning service poor I stayed with same sheet for three days, very hot no air-conditioning and breakfast same food every day no change.

  : They give me a room without air-conditioning although i booked it with air-conditioning, and when i requested to change the room they requested 20 euros extra for the air-conditioning. But the reception manager changed the room without extra money when i refused to pay
