  : The internet did not work for the entire time of my stay. When I asked to the staff about this their attitude was nothing short of a rude dismissal- a "too bad, not our problem" kind of assessment. When I stated that this was unacceptable, and I needed the internet for communication with business back home their "answer" was to give me a land cable cord, which also did not work when connected to the wall. Again, when I asked for a resolution, their answer was a shrugging "what do you expect us to do? T-Mobile Problem..." If they had said from the beginning that there was no internet, I would have gone to a different place, but to discover this after I had to return later after a work day (check in could not happen earlier because the previous guest was still in the room) it was too late to find new hotel, but I needed to be able to make my Teams calls back in the US- so I had to go to a public place and use my phone hot spot (service for cell phones was not good inside the hotel). This was very rude and disrespectful service and also a failure to deliver what was part of the amenities in the description, and something that in this day and age should be a given! No internet? really?

  : Room very small, no room cleaning until late in afternoon but when you are in your room they don't knock. Parking should be free.
